Two weeks in Santiago
Black corn/ choclo morado. This strange and beautiful plant comes from Peru and is slowly making a name for itself for its medicinal and nutritional properties. It gets exported to Northern America and Europe for its use as a natural colourant. I have no idea what it tastes like.
